LERONISPRIVATE CAPITAL

PRIVATE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Client Experience

The path to participation begins with contact to the Leronis network. Product information, a review of the requirements and documentation guide you through the next steps. After setup, ACCÈS, PRIVÉ and CERCLE determine the scope of support and reporting.

THE PROCESS

From first contact to strategy access.

  1. 01

    Make contact

You submit your request and, where applicable, name the Leronis representative who introduced you.

  2. 02

Get to know the Prime Account

The conversation centres on the strategy, the account structure, the costs and the risks.

  3. 03

    Review the requirements

Residence, suitability and the required documents determine the next steps.

  4. 04

    Set up participation

Account and contract setup follow the documented product process.

  5. 05

    Stay informed

Reporting and support depend on your service tier; individual care is part of CERCLE.

TRANSPARENCY & REPORTING

Understand what you are participating in.

A well-founded decision needs clear answers on strategy, account, costs and risks. The product and contract documents provide the basis for this.

Account and responsibility

Which company is your contractual partner, how the account is held and who is responsible for implementation.

Strategy activity

Traceability of activity inside the structure.

Results and costs

How gains and losses are allocated and which fees affect your outcome.

Reporting

Which information you receive and how reporting differs between the service tiers.

Deposits and withdrawals

Which procedures, deadlines and restrictions apply to the product.

SERVICE MODEL

Access connects. Service differentiates.

ACCÈS, PRIVÉ and CERCLE all give access to the same core strategy. The differences lie in support and in the scope of reporting. Individual private-client care belongs to the highest tier, CERCLE.

The service tier changes the scope of service, not the core strategy. More service means neither higher returns nor lower risk.
